b16 high idle comes and goes????

Ok so my swap is done and driveable. But when I start the car and its cold, it idles at 3000 and will slowly drop to 1200 and stay there. I had it idleing at like 1000 for a second until i blew a map sensor line off and it went up to 2000. Even when I start the car when its warms it first idles at 3000 and goes down again. Then it got stuck up at like 3000 and wouldnt come down, so I messed with the wriing to my ecu and it went back to 1200 again.

I triple checked my vacum lines and swaped two different map sensors and still have the problem.

So I'm thinking right now, fitv valve or wahtever its called, the valve on the back of the intake mani that has the two coolent lines going to it, or im thinking that maybe its a loose conection at my ecu?

Any ideas guys?

the idle screw is the most obvious thing to check. so shut up.

the valve underneath the TB. Took it apart, screwed the ball thing back in. Then the idle was actually too low, so i adjusted my throttle cable and it idles at 900 now.
