RS engine swap

I have a 1997 rs. I know a gsx engine is awd so it would be way to much work and money. But I know a GS-T is front wheel drive so I could do a swap that way. But a friend said i could change my computer and manifold and a few other things and it would convert my engine to a GS-T. Im not really to sure what to do on this convert my engine or do an engine swap?? does anyone have information on this???

Thank you

Re: RS engine swap

it is more time and money to convert your car to a 4g63t than it would be to just sell your car and buya gst/sx. the motor between the two is exactly the same its the transmission that makes it fwd or awd. do your self a favor and either turbo the motor you have or sell the car and by a turbo model.
