EMERGENCY HELP!!! 2002 jetta tail lights fuse

hey guys my girlfriend just got a 2002 jetta GLS. She is on the road right now and her tail lights aren't working. I'm trying to talk her through it on the phone so I don't have to drive 3 hours to change a fuse.

Anyway my question is where exactly is the fuse panel on a 2002 jetta and which fuse is for the tail lights. She can't seem to find anything in the owners manual. and i'm not familiar enough with the car yet to be much help over the phone.

nevermind she just drove it the rest of the way with the hazards on because she said the fuses looked ok. I'll just wait till she gets back on sunday and take a look at it. If I need anymore help i'll be in touch. Thanks guys.

PS if anyone has any ideas as to what could be wrong besides a fuse drop a post in here for me and i'll keep an eye open for it.

Thanks again,

Will
