Unhappy Climate Control Heat Problems!

Hey...I have a 1989 Bonne SSE(w/electronic climate control), with the strangest heat problem. This car is usually only driven twice a day, to and froms school. In the morning when I leave, I put the front window defroster on. It turns on fine, gets hot, and does its job. On the way home (about 6hrs later) it won't turn on. The climate control is on, but the fans won't start blowing. It does this EXACT same thing everyday. I swear its possessed. Works in the morning, doesnt work in the afternoon.

Any help?

thnx.

Check your outside air temp. First of all, there is a service bulletin to move it further away from the radiator. If it is reading too high, it will think that it's hot out and you don't need heat. Acts same when the car sits and idles.

It is located behind the grill, in front of the radiator, just off center toward the driver's side of the car. AC Delco part number is 15-71799 (gm#16135670), and it runs $70 dealer retail.
