Aoshima C-West R34 GT-R...anyone built this kit?

I have one on hold at my LHS. It will be my first purchase of an Aoshima kit.
Opinions and comments are welcome. Marc

I nearly have this done, very reasonable kit other than the rims are a little undersize, I am replacing them with either the new Aoshima Kranze Borphes or Kranze LXZ, goes together ok. For my own peace of mind I cut out the section under the bonnet that shows through the vents and will be backing with mesh.

The kit is nice. It's 2 models down the list but I have thoroughly gone through the kit. I would say it's worth your purchase assuming the price is fair.

The Advan 5's that come with the kit are 18". The best Advan 5 on the market, IMO. They do need touching up as Aoshima only sprays the facing gold. Leaving the sides of the spokes and inner dish white.

The cannard and outer bumper support is metal, which I thought was cool. Another plus is the IC isn't molded into the bumper.
