How to Change Fog Light Bulbs on P10?

I have factory fog lights and I can not figure out how to change the bulbs . I tried unscrewing from the front. Nothing.

Do I need to pull the whole thing out from under the bumper and if so how ?

I have the Haynes Primera book but the instructions just aren't clicking with me.

(Maybe I don't get the Queens English. That whole lift the bonnet thing is still tthrowing me for a loop. )

There has got to be a simple way to do this .... thanks

Remove the two screws holding a black plastic piece around each foglight and remove the black piece. Next, Remove the 4 screws at each corner of the foglight. The housing should pull out. Push and open the metal clip holding the foglight bulb in. Replace. Installation is the reverse of removal.

yeah just a phillips head screwdriver that's not too big. There's an adjustment screw that's by itself (not in a corner and above side/center) and doesn't need to be unscrewed when taking out the fixture. Just two screw for black piece, 4 screws for fixture. :smoker2:

I must be dumb. I could not get the housing out. I saw the one remaining screw there and I was trying to take it out ( I had not read yor last post yet. I tried rocking it gently out then almost trying to force pul it out ....

Any suggestions ?/ Thanks

Yeah, that black screw in the picture does not need to be removed. You got the black plastic first part out so all that left is just 4 silver screws in each corner of the foglight fixture. After they're out, the fixture should come out easy. Let me know if you finish.

Since you moved the foglight adjustment screw, you will need to readjust it once you have the new bulb in and everthing put back. Not hard either and you can do it with everything in place.

How is the Haynes Primera Manual? I saw some for sale and was wondering if it's worth picking up since the don't make an Infiniti Haynes manual. The owners manual has drawing for the foglights and instructions for bulb replacement. I scan them in if you want.

Yeah if you don't mind it was dark last night when I tried. I will go out in the day since I have the day off.

So should I just the clear lense pop out and I can reach the bulb from there ?

What i did wrong last nght was work in the dark. There were two other screws on the right side that I could not seee becuase the housing was black and so were the screws ..

They are recessed kinda of far back ... I suggest using a magnetic screw driver or you will lose the screws ......

I took pictue of the whole thing .. maybe one of the moderator can tell me if I should post them here or under the FAQ or maybe Brian may want them for his website ..... now I can can try the foglight mod from UNXPLODED ..

There is a mod when you fog lights come one with your parking lights ...like daylights daylight running lights .... look in the FAQ section here thanks again !!!!

What does the Adjustment screw do exactly ?
And I think the prinmera book is worth buying. The wipers stopped working on my Girlfriends G20 a few month s back... A shop wanted to charge me $125 for new motor .. I used the book and found where the motor was and it turned out that the arm just slipped up .. 3 rubber bands and some glue and I was back in business.... I had to import it from UK but well worth it

poppy, it is your duty as a P10 owner to clearly document the foglight mod for the P10. i'll be attempting it as soon as it gets warmer out up here.

PS the other light just blew so I got go do it again .. I guess I Should have changed both at the same time .....
