help with fuses!!!!

i just bought a 1999 ford explorer sport and the windows wont go down and the interior lights dont work either. so i checked the fuses and they were fine and now i have no clue what it could be maybe something with the relay. please help me i would really appreciate it!!!!

check the relay/s and breakers. you should have a relay box that will identify the relays and the breakers.
