Help! Water Leaking into Boot/Trunk

Help Help, Its driving me insane! i've tried sealing around the tail lights because thats a common fault with Supras, (it a mkiii 90') but still i have a pool of water under my carpet and in the side section where the jack is stored. I've also tried re sealing the rubber around the trunk where the lid comes down. But still it leaks! I may just drive the blodey thing off a cliff, see how it likes that the cocky little son of a ..............

[I've had the same problem with my 89. It's fairly common and relatively easy to fix. Here's what i did, that may work for you:
Pull the taillights, replace the seals with OEM seals. Pull the liftgate weatherstripping, Replace with OEM weatherstripping. Pop out rubber plugs in both left and right side cubbys (the are that holds the jack on the drivers and the area that houses the power antennae motor). Yes, there are rubber plugs in the bottom of those ares. Once i popped them, water poured out. i dried out the ares with a towel and let everything air dry. Also, I pulled the rear wiper motor, cleaned up the area and replaced the seal. I pulled the bottom rear windshield trim piece, the black piece along the rear windshield, clean it out, lay down sealant, and reaplce the strip.
That's waht i did, and no more leaks. Good luck.
