Signature Pictures are Too Big!!

While I think the option to put a picture in one's signature is neat, the dimensional size limit (if there is one at all) is set far too high.

For example, a007apl's signature http://files.automotiveforums.com/up...psFwgQc_ph.jpg
is so huge, it makes scrolling through a thread difficult. All I see is picture after picture of those Lambo's. This picture should be at most a quarter of its current size.

Very nice point!

I tend to agree that some members have signatures that are far too large. Sometimes it's a poem that is too long or a picture that is too large. I am entirely behind a limit for signatures.

Thanks again for your suggestion!

I don't even know how to put pics onto my signature!

I only type in a quote, or something like that, every now and then, but I've never minded the sigs! Never seen one that's to big! Maybe stupid though!!! :silly2:

How is mine? If somebody says it's too big, I will scale it down with photoshop.

instead of a thread on the topic. If you thinks someones sig is to big ask them politely if they can resize/ shorten it.

the last thing most people want is to make it hard for others to use AF.

JE123 and NSX-R-SSJ20K I have no problems with the size of your pics and I'm am stuck with 56k too

I think they just keep getting bigger...

Menu dei Motori's is larger than most browser windows!

lowridder11's is just plainly gigantic!

Can't the mods put a size limit? These threads are 50% signatures, 50% posts!
