Question Does this happen to you while driving ?

Ill be going up a hill 30 mph slightly on the gas and then when i go to gas it a little bit my rpms dont move until i almost floor it.

And ill be driving along 30 mph or so ...slightly on the gas and my rpms will hit 3000 and stay there then all of a sudden drop to 2000 but my car doesnt shift when it does it. any ideas ?
