Angry 95 Lumina Problems

I have a 95 Lumina and am having some big ass problems. Sometimes the car loads up when trying to give it gas, maybe like it wasnt getting enough gas. I changed the fuel filter, had the fuel pressure checked and it also was ok. But just about every other time i try to drive it it chuggs and spits and sometimes doesnt even have enough power to move itself. most ignition parts are new(wires, plugs, coils). It wasnt runng very good at an idle either, but i changed the PCV valve and that problem was fixed. But i would love to her some awnsers, thanx Matt.

Ok, after having the car scanned by a mechanic, there were 5 trouble codes stored and they were all for the EGR valve. Turns out that 1 of the 3 valves has stuck open and would not free up after cleaning and beating on it.So 250 and fifty some dollars later, it shall be a good car again thanks to anyone who looked, hope it helped somebody else also
