Is it recomend to put pure coolant or atleast 90% coolant on radiator?

Most instructions on coolant says "50/50" mix. Also, use distilled water (instead of the stuff that comes out of the hose).

In the northern parts of the country, where winters are extremely cold you can use a 2/3 coolant to 1/3 water ratio for added protection down to a lower temperature.
