VA Laws on Mirrors?
i was wonderin if you have to have a rear view mirror in virginia b/c i was going down the road the other day and my bass hit hard and the mirror fell off and fell in the floor and now i dont hear a rattle when the bass hits so i was just gonna leave it off..........and my dad said somethin like as long as i got two side mirrors im fine does anyone know the laws about this...i couldnt find it anywhere.

That's one loud bass than. I'd be more worried about getting a ticket for that.

yeah no kidding you might want to worry about that bass and your ear drums...BUT i live in va and the answer is this....virginia law requires that you have TWO functional mirrors that you can SEE behind you with. lamens terms if you have both of your side view mirrors fuctional and theres nothing blocking your view behind you, your good to go. it will pass state inspection and you shouldnt have any problems with teh cops and if you do they dont konw what there talking about.
