Have you tried the CKP (Crankshaft Position Sensor)?
I've sufffered the same problem. My accent suddenly dies and doesnīt restart until 15 to 25min of waiting or cooling. I've tried everything (spark plugs, wires, ignition module, ignition sensor, maf sensor, injection, etc) but the problem doesn't disapear. But after looking the post "Starting Trouble after lil rest" in this forum I've deceided to change the crankshaft position sensor (itīs under the clutch release cylinder inserted in the engine). The problem really disapeared and now I'm enjoying again my accent. Just try it, it's not expensive to get the part (here in Argentina I bought it for u$s 45, the original one) and it is not too difficult to change only a screwdriver and a workbench. I hope it helps. Good luck!
