Smile 2001 4.6 oil leak

Hello, I just bought a 01 GT stang and it runs great. Today i noticed some smoke coming from under my hood. I have come to realize some oil leaked from the right valve cover hose which is connected to my Mac Cold air kit. The oil leaked into my headers causing the smoke. Is this a bad pcv valve? I have not had a chance to check out the hose since it is covered with steel braid and it was dark and I was on my lunch break
lol any info on what might cause this is appreciated, thanks

Try changing the hose first; then go from there.

It's fixed now

this is silly but it turned out to be the brake fluid cap! it was not on right and after sudden stops it would leak into the valve cover and into the heade r. easy fix, thanks anyways.

Good to hear it was a minor problem.
