you should be able to pick one up for around $20-30 at your local napa or automotive store. if you can, get a fel-pro. they fit way better and last a lot longer.

use a torque wrench on the bolts. the valve cover cracks realy easily. i think you torque them to 20 INCH pounds but check a shop manual or vfaq.com to be sure. also make sure that the spark plug hole seals stay put maybe stick them on with gasket sealer.
