Busniess with EclipseRsT
Ok im just wondering if anyone else might think this is odd. It took Eclipse Rst roughly 3 weeks to pull a tranny because the first one broke. then he finally sends it out, and its been 2 weeks since he sent it out. Ok proper busniess ideas start from the top. Communication.. this guy will not talk unless you talk to him first.... giving the customer all needed info, a simple tracking # on the shipment so i can give it to my show so they know what to expect... and the fact that i have not heard one excuss and i am still w/o wheels. Now comming to you people, what would you do? or what should i expect? (hope for the best, expect the worst) or just depend on him to come through?

Yeah, Jake has apparently been very busy lately. But still, he should have gotten it to you within 5 weeks of receiving the money for it. Keep calling him, pm'ing him, and emailing him. It may have slipped through the cracks, but I doubt he's trying to scam you
 .

only resaon why i post it, is because when i sent the money i assumed id have a car before the thanksgiving break. so here i am stuck at college with out a tranny or even a date to expect it. and i know ups doesnt take 2 weeks to ship anything. its just little scary, guy gets his cell turned off, cant give you a date of arrival, or tracking #...... not looking good for me.

if the transmission is over 150lbs ups won't ship it anyways. maybe he has to send it by truck and not ups. just be patient, he's a very busy guy and if you don't want to do that, then talk to him personally, don't start a whole thread over it, that just makes him look bad even if he isn't.

Why would you take any important business (like a TRANNY per say) when you know you arent gonna have time to get on it right away...I bet you wont buy anything from RST again, and personally, if I couldnt get in contact with him and it SEEMED as if I were getting shafted I would make a thread too. If I spent that amount of money on something that important, I would expect to get what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time. You have to put yourself in this guys shoes, he dosent have a car, and its holiday season...? Hmm....Seems like RST needs to get with it, and I understand if he is VERY VERY busy or whatever, but yah he should give some sort of date that this guy can expect his tranny, so he isnt left in the dark on delivery and progress....

From what I've seen of RST, I doubt he's ripping you off, but I don't blame you for starting threads. I'd want answers. I'd just keep calling him and trying to get in contact with him.

well the last thred he responded to, said this is the only thing he checks, so i figure if i got it infront of him agian, mabey hed call me. I tryed PMing him but he says he never recives them, and AIM hes on hidden mode.... still answeres every once and a while, and cell is turned off. and ya i paid with paypal, i know i can get my money back, this comming from a family with alot of lawyers, but when u do that the court gives then 1 year to pay it in full, that doesnt get me back home by december. im in idaho school for me is over in december and have to get back to texas, longgg walk lol
