Clicking Noise

Hey guys, need some help with car

98 Eclipse GST
Exhaust, ICP, Intake etc.

Searched for an answer in the forums, couldn't find one.

Got some new brakes about 2 months ago or so (just in case it could have something to do with this) (New tires around the same time)

Recently ive started noticing a sort of clicking noise when i drive. It is in sync with how fast the wheels are turning. It sounds as if something light is dragging under the car and tapping, yet nothing is loose/falling from under the car, i looked. It seems like it is coming from the wheel/brakes/something around that area. Its getting really annoying, sound gets bigger next to walls and objects obviously. I think i noticed something like it a while back when i would be next to walls and stuff but it was barely noticeable. Now its very noticeable and i have no idea what it could be. Ive checked and havent found anything IN the tires, stuck or anything so itd be great if yall could help me out.
