Last weekend, sadly, an old man claimed he didn't see me when he smashed into my front quarter. Well, not such a big deal. Accidents happen.
For the problem. Besides actual structural damage, the impact to the tire i has messed with my steering. When the steering wheel is centered, my truck wants to drive off the left side of the road. So the question is, do you think its a bent steering linkage somewhere? something to do with the "steering piston" under there? or even as bad as my frame being bent. I was going roughly 30 when he hit me. Any suggestions? 2001 Tacoma extra-cab 2.7L If anyone has parts they are trying to get rid of, I'll be happy to buy them from you... (lunar mist, (silver)) |

Re: Pulling to the Left
id say that the tyrod on that side has been bent making the wheel unlevel and possibly turned inward.

Re: Pulling to the Left
i forgot to ask , did you not have insurance? and the guy hit you, so he should be the one fixing your truck. but you need to get that steerig issue fixed it may break or cause an even bigger accident.

Just curious. its pulling left? did the guy hit u on the left or right? usally when something pulls one way. it tends to be a problem on the other side. far ar brakes and stuff of that nature. i dunno a whole lot about structual damage though
