Sierra radio lights are out
Hello,
The lights on the radio face of my 1998 Gmc Sierra are burned out. It started with a few now they are all out. Does anyone know if there are lamps that can be changed in these units? If so how does one go about it. Thanks MIke

Re: Sierra radio lights are out
You have probably already found out by now, but no - you have to replace the radio. I have a 98 also and mine started failing about a year and a half ago. Had the truck in at the dealer, and they were to save me the old part that needed to be replaced, but threw it away. I had also asked about the radio lights and thats when I found out that they were not replacable. For some reason they gave me a new radio (I had to install it). Guess I had spent enough money on the new part and they had lost the old one.
