flahers and directionals

o.k. bear with me i have a 6 of 95 chrysler lebarron the flashers and directionals dont work i checked all the fuses and they are good i changed the $32 dealer item only flasher and they still dont work i checked the bulbs front and rear they are good so i went to my parts store and bought a manual for a 95 it does not cover the type switch or flasher i have . is it a 95 or 96? the parts store will not let me exchange the book and i dont want to throw parts at it becouse they are all probably dealer item$$$$$ need help !!!!!!!
