Recall question-97 Blazer

I got the recall notices for the seat belt and mirror (already resolved) but I found 2 more recalls on the GM website for the same year. Ball joints and wiper pulse board. I asked my dealer about the about those recalls (even showed them a copy of the printout) and they told me that it does'nt include my truck. Why, I have no idea. They seemed to not know anything anout it. I already replaced pulse board out of pocket (would'nt work in the rain) and was informed to push the issue with the ball joints from a friend. Is there a number I can call to get specific recall info on my vin#? How can I pursue this issue further?
