no heat 93 suburban
Dose any one know why it takes a long time my suburban to heat up.
I just put in a new raditor and it takes a long time for me to feel heat. and when it starts to heat up it is not very hot. I owned a Ford F-150 and it took not laong to feel heat and it was hot at that. |

Did you replace the thermostat the same time as the Rad. You might want to think about going to a 205* or 210* thermostat.

Re: no heat 93 suburban
Lack of heat is usually one of two things.......low coolant or a stuck open thermostat. If it is stuck open it just lets the coolant keep circulating and not sit in the engine and get upto temp.
