what programs

i know this question has probaly been asked a thousand times but what kind of programs do you reccomend to start modifying cars on computer???

If you ask me you can't beat Photoshop 7, but be sure to read up on tutorials or you'll be runin' around in circles.

Corel Photopaint. I'm much more fast with it.
