Yo folks.
quick question for the family X'ers out there. We have a graco stroller. Kinda a big thing. With all the newborn's gear, groceriers, and additional crapola. We need an efficient way to store the stroller in the cargo area. In addition, now that winter and fall is upon us... stroller has dirty wheels which i would like to keep from getting everything else dirty. Anyone have any ideas on how to store that thing and use up as little room as possible. also, does anyone have any good recomendations on waterproof cargo area floor covers? What i have been doing so far is leaning it up along the side of the cargo area so that front wheels are up along ceiling and then using bike cable from top cargo hook to bottom of stroller to keep it from coming loose. that pretty much fastens it the the side of the cargo area. problem is that 1)wheels get ceiling real dirty and 2) still doesnt keep the cargo area carpet and additional cargo from getting all rained and snowed up. I was looking at the nissan cargo area organizer(100$) or husky liners model 2652 liner($100), JCwhitney has something with velcroish organizers ($89 without shipping). SO.. anyone with suggestions out there, i would totally appreciate it. thanks all...

Re: best way of storing stroller in back cargo area?

![]() But, I do have the Nissan cargo cover protector and I highly recommend it. The advantage over the other liners is that it covers the seat-backs and carpet areas on the sides of the cargo area - very important for muddy dogs (trust me). It would also mean that you wouldn't need to worry too much about the muddy stroller wheels hitting the carpet on the seat backs and whatnot. I was able go get mine new on ebay for $50 including shipping, so you may be able to run across a similar deal - the guy I bought it from got it cheap from a dealer auction or something. |
