i have yet another question with my 84 z28...
it has an electric choke on the carb and the light is always on inside the car.....if the choke is bad will that make my engine bog out because of the air and gas mixture?

Yes, if you're too rich or lean you will be down on power.

Re: electric choke

The Choke Light on my 87 blinks on and off intermittantly, sometimes staying on for many seconds or just flickering, it seems to happen more at idle, but will stay on at any rpm occasionally....
Does that mean the choke is staying closed?
any tips on a quick and possibly free and easy fix?

The thing is dude.. that this year is over 2 years old now..

Because its 06... last time they posted was in 04.. so some of these members dont even come here anymore.. and because of this I must use this to go with it, because it's what I do.

EDIT- also if you have a similar question, just make a new thread about it, we wont get on to you for that.
