Windsheild wiper arm removal Dodge Van
Hello all, I've got a 1986 Dodge full size van. Ram 250 or sometimes called B 250. Could someone tell me how to remove the windshield wiper arms. Not the blades but the complete arms. The bushings on the linkage from the wiper motor have broken and need to be replaced. The problem is that there is a narrow cowling underneath the windshield that the wiper arms go through and needs to be removed to gain access and this can't be removed without removing the wiper arms. There are clips on the arms that can be pulled out about 1/4" when you lift the arms up off the windshield but it gets pretty stuborn after that. Should I just keep prying those clips off or is there another trick envolved here.

I figured it out. You just pull those clips out as far as they will go then the whole arm lifts right off.
