Hi, I am new in this forum. This is just to introduce myself. I have a 98 dodge caravan which I do most of the mechanical work. I was having problem with panel light flashing for many years. Once I took it to mechanic for it, and dealer charged me $80.00 to fix reset it, then it started blinking after few month again, today I found how to fix the problem in this.
