Re: 2 Quick Questions
... well what kinda turbo set up are you looking to go with?
... and what does max speed matter? any way the top speed anyone gotten is about 155mph we have no govenor.. but we do have a fuel cut off if you want to go turbo.. and plan on gettin serious number out of it.. i would go with the 4 cylinder.... the internals can handle almost anything you throw at it www.real-engineering.com has alot... ALOT of turbo stuff... jus look around in there

Re: 2 Quick Questions
yeah just make sure it is an '03+ tib because they have MAF sensors. The 01 and below tibs use MAP sensors (in the USA, anyway) which their setup is not really compatible with. You can use their turbo setup but not their computer and the stock computer won't handle much more than 6 psi of boost. So, if you can use a piggyback you will be fine, but I don't know much about those.

^^^no man.
the 97-01 tiburons all have MAF sensors. the beta I found in those cars use MAF sensors. the 02+ elantras and 03+ 4cylinder tiburons all have the beta II engine, and are MAP based. |
