Question problems after blow up

I recently bought a car from my sister that she overheated and kept driving, well with a dohc aluminum head she warped it. so i have it now, i got it all tore down, machined and put bace together and im sure the timing is off, so i crank it over and fuel sprays out of the injectors, so i replaced the o-rings and now when i crank it the fuel cutoff light comes on. the switch is good and i also dont hear the pump kick on when i turn the keyon??? anything will help thanks oh yea its a 92 escort gt w/ 1.8 DOHC
