Help with fuel pressure reading

I just checked my fuel pressure on my 1994 Rodeo 3.2 MPI truck, I got a reading of 35 with the hose attached and 45 with it off. What are the correct values for this vehicle, If the readings are high what are the effects. The reason I checked in the first place is because my spark plugs, which are nearly new, are heavily fuel fouled. Black and wet with heavy exaust emission.

Hi,

For a 1994 Rodeo 3.2L the correct fuel pressure readings should be 41-46 psi. This information comes directly from the Chilton's manual.
