Replacing wheel studs

This is one of those bad to worse situations. I started to replace the front brake pads by taking off the front tire. First thing that happens is I break two wheel studs off next to each other. Taking a look at what I need to do to get the old studs out and new studs in seems to involve taking the hub off. I ended up stripping out two of the three lock screw. Luckly, a drill bit and an easy out bit took care of them. I finally got the hub off, but I can't seem to separate the hub from the disk. After taking the six bolts that logically seem to hold them together, they do not seem to separate. Does anyone have any thoughts? More gentle persuasion?

I appreciate any input.

You need to pry them apart with a large flathead screw driver or crow bar.
