Smile Posi?

I have a 1964 Chevelle Malibu SS with a 10 bolt rear end. Can anybody tell me how to tell if it's posi or not? (without having someone watch me do a burnout:-)) Thanks, Matt

Jack it up

Jack the back end up, turn one of the wheels with someone holding the other wheel, if the other wheel spins the same way there is some sort of posi, limited slip, or locker in it. If it spins backwards it is open.
