i have a 99 4 Runner with a alarm system with no remotes

where would i locate the programming instructions aka (TSB-AX005-99) for this or
manual ( 2000 VIP Manual) / ( RS3000)

Is this a factory alarm system??If so you can get the keyless entry remote for about $150.00.....Write down VIN and call local Toyota dealer and ask what yours came with as well as for manual you are curious about.
