tourque conveter alignment

I have an 87 s-10 blazer that i just swapped the engine in and now i can feel a bad vibration. the mounts all look fine. Does anyone know if the tourqe converter need to bolt up to the flex plate a paticular way or have any other ideas. thanks

re

it does vibrate in park. I turned the tourque converter today and it didn't make any difference in the other 2 positions but I did notice the the body is really really close to the transfer case I couldn't get my finger between them. im wondering if the crossmember could be bent or something.

Re: tourque conveter alignment

Might be a worn out engine or transmission mount.

Or one of them is not tightened properly.
