How often to change Plugs and Wires ??? 2.2L

Just, wondering how often its recommended to change the Plugs and Wires in the 2.2L engine???

Most plugs are rated to 100,000 miles. I would change the originals at 90,000. And after that pull them and check them at the next 50,000
