My new bike

I picked up a 94 Katana 600 the other day. I like it a lot better than the standard I have back home. Wyoming doesn't require helmets, but most of the riders here aren't to bright so they don't wear them. I bought a HJC CL-14 also. I've been having fun on the bike, but it's a bitch to start up being that it's below freezing most of the time when I can ride it. I'm at school right now and it just started snowing, so that's going to be loads of fun. I lightly dropped it yesterday too. I was in a parking lot walking the bike and turning it sharp. I decided to give it a little gas and killed it. Killed it caused it to jump foward and I wasn't prepared for it. I held the bike the whole way down, but the fairing still got scratched dammit. Oh well I got the first drop out of the way I guess.

Yeah it's a little cold here right now, but I'd like to ride the bike as much as I can before we start getting the snow dumped on us. It can get a little drafty not wearing thermal pants, but oh well the ride isn't to far. I forgot my gloves the other night in school building so I rode home without them. Big mistake lol...

Re: My new bike

yeah yesterday when I rode it was 17 degrees. Plus whatever the wind chill was. The legs got a little cold since I was wearing slacks. The worst is the neck since I don't have to much to cover it. I have my helmet and then I zip up my windbreaker all the way.
