Exclamation Disperate/tran Slipping

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

We are having major slipping problems with our 95 Eddie Baur. We had it hooked up to read the codes which said to replace several sensors, we did and it did not work. We changed the trans. fluid and filter, speed sensor, the main computer (which was a hunch by a ford mech) did not work, bought special cleaner for the trans from a trans shop, another mechanic told us to go to a gravel road in R pick up a little speed and quickly shift to D (this might break up any dirt etc causing the problem)nothing has worked!!! We have asked 5 diffrent ford mech. and no one seems to no how to fix our problem. We changed the whole front dash componet. My husband is driving me crazy with this vehicle HELP! It slips out of gear when you slow down, almost like you put it in N while driving and if you shift manually to 2nd and then back to D it catches and works fine until you slow down or the speedometer drops (for some odd reason) to 0. Our speedometer jumps up and down everytime we drive it. My husband has replaced so many parts and nothing has worked. As we slow to about 30/40 miles or slower (sometimes this happens at a faster speed) an hour or you let your foot off the gas the speedomotor plunges to zero and the trans slips like it is in N again. \\

PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
