Question Suspension Compatability (Tie rods more specifically)

I am looking into replacing my tie rod ends and wheel bearings in my 97 tracer. I know the escort and tracer are identical in most mechanical ways...but does anyone know if the tie rods and bearings are swapable between generations of escorts? I've found some tie rod end on ebay, but they're for the 2nd gen escort and I was wondering if they'd work for my 3rd gen.

even on the zx2 most of the suspention is swapable with old escorts and Mazda mx3's, even my breaks are from a Escort GT. so i would assume they work, but im not 100%
