remote starter help

i bought a boa remote starter and it was installed in my car but when i am trying to remote start nothing happened. It worked after a couple of try but when i pressed the program button again and i tried to remote start it, it stop working again. I know there's nothing wrong with the connection because it was installed by an expert and it worked twice or thrice, but the problem is the module. Is there anybody there who can help me with this, pls what do i need to do to make the remote start working.

I install a lot car alarm and remote starters and the first time a did install a boa system it failed the second time after I installed
the relay on module quit working
I have to put another remote start
