the SRS light can be reset in 20 seconds by a mechanic...but they'll probably charge you for half an hour labor. You can buy the SRS service connector from Honda dealerships for a few bucks (it's nothing but a plastic box with a two pin connector in it). I'm not sure of the process, but I know you remove the airbag service connector from the left side under the dash on the drivers side (it's yellow, and above the fusebox) and, with the ignition set to "acc" you take the service connector you bought at the dealership and plug it in, remove it, plug it in, and remove it. I think you have to do it 3 times within 5 seconds. The SRS light should flash if you do it right. Then turn on the car, and the light should go away like normal. I watched my mechanic do it to my car a long time ago. The service connector you need to buy is literally 20c worth of plastic and metal. I'm not 100% sure, but you might even be able to accomplish the same results if you use the red connector that sits near the yellow connector under the dash. It's used to disconnect the SRS system, but that's what you're soing with the service connector you'd buy - you're just resetting the SRS system. If you do all this, and the light goes away, but comes back soon after - you need to go to a mechanic or Honda dealership.
As for the ABS light and noise - it's an expensive fix (I'm having the same problem), but it's not a life-threatening problem. I'm probably not going to worry about it, because my brakes work, and I'll learn to deal with the noise. If you do get it fixed, then maintain the system with fluid changes regularly, and have it inspected once a year...along with belts and other fluids (Typically offered as a "Trip Service"). That should keep it from happening again. Good Luck!
