Got an LS....

Well after pulling out my mini-me swap today along with the tranny I just wasted $300 on, I was going to get a b16 swap, but then realized how much it's really gonna cost me etc and plus another good deal came up with an LS.

The guy that I was saying I was going to trade my wheels for the hatch with the LS swap, is back in the picture. He said he will let me take everything LS that he has (his blown motor and the whole entire LS swap) for my motor and everything he'll need to get it running in his car. He said he just wants a running motor in it to sell it. So all I had to do was find a good block. Well I called this guy about an hour away and he had a whole LS longblock with intake manifold for $200. Says the whole thing runs good cept it burns oil when you get on it high rpms. Well I couldn't pass the deal up so I went and picked it up and me and my friend are going to rebuild the bottom end. I was also thinking about porting and polishing the head since I will have xtra $$ since I'm not doing the B16.

Just wanted to update you guys on wtf is going on with my car etc. since I said I was going to get a b16, I actually heard that the LS's are a very strong motor to run. Also would give me a chance later on if I get bored, maybe I might have to *sneeze*ls/vtec*sneeze*

*cough* *cought* ls is good for boost! You can run 8lbs safetly even up to 12 and 16. Ls has great low compression and a strong bottom end(compared to all hondas) *cough*

B18A1 = 90-93 integra....90-91 being obdo.... 92-93 being obd1
B18B1 = 94+ integras....only difference is in the heads

ALL B18A1'S WERE 130 HORSE
THE B18B1 WAS 140 BECAUSE OF THE HEAD DIFFERENCES

HOPE THIS HELPS
