Thumbs down Just Gota Winter Beater !!!

Ok first of all I want to say I know that this should not be hear but I have posted on a mercury fourm and still no answer

hear is my problem I have a 1993 Mercury Tracer the car runs ok but it has a problem with the transmission and I dont know what it is the car is auto when it shifts into gear it shifts really hard you can feel first second third gears go in when it is cold it is not so bad but you can still feel it the car also has one more problem every time you hit the gas the car pulls to the right and when you brake it goes to the left WTF is this ??

Please help me out

Tranny fluid is good and clean, but is it at the proper level? Too much or too little can cause the torque converter to work incorrectly.

Check alignment/tires/air pressures for pulling left/right problems. The pulling to the right on acceleration may be partly due to torque steer, but if it's very noticeable then there is likely another issue.
