Transmission Issues (5spd )... Here we go...

ok, I had my car driven back home due to an injury I had and could not drive back, and my friend who has no clue about shifting and driving 5spd slammed the gears a bit and got her bucking pretty good, and now all my gears work ok, but 2nd gear is harder to shift into than before, no grinding, just sometimes tough. I am sure he screwed up the syncro which wouldn't suprise me, But I have had 6 saab that all had the choppy / notchy shift to them and they lasted a-ok.. any thoughts or fixes? changed the fluid with BG syncroshift, and added prolong additive to it.. seems like the prolong made it slightly better, sometimes though the car shifts like butter, no notch, no resistance smootly in.. IDK...

It might have more to do with the shift linkage rather than the synchros themselves. Even as weak as the c900's tranny, no one incident will screw anything up in there (within reason of course...if ya slam it in reverse at 30mph.......).
