engine swap

Have a 95 Jeep Wrangler, Looking to swap motors. Have a 4cly. Want a 6 cyl. How hard will this be, and how much will this run me? Anyone done this??? Just wondering. Any input is appreciated! Thanks

Just to name a few things you will need (besides the engine) computer,wiring ,transmission,radiator.Plus you need to move the motor mount brackets that are welded on the frame.You might need driveshafts too.I have seen a 4 cylinder replaced with a 5.2 so where theres a will theres a way.

With a vehicle that old you're looking probably at spending more than it's worth. I did some research on this a couple years ago. Results? Better off trading/buying a 6 cyl. Just my
