Question 99 Cherokee Power Window Problem.....

Hey guys,
I have a 99 Cherokee Sport and today the power windows quit working.. The driver control will still work all the windows,
but I can't control them from the switches on the other doors... the lights on the switches aren't even on anymore.

I have read in a few places that this is most likely caused by the window lock button failing.. is this true??
How hard is it to check this or to repair it if it is the problem...

I have also just discovered something else. The fog light switch doesn't light up when I turn on the lights and the little green
light doesn't light up either.. nor does it turn the fog lights on or off..
The lights still work the way they should.. they come on with the headlights and go off when I use the High-Beams.. Just the switch won't turn them on or off...
Is there a separate fuse for the switch or should I just replace the entire switch?
This is the first Jeep I have owned that had factory fog lights so I am not real sure how they are supposed to work.
I am assuming that the switch would or should allow you to control the fog lights independently of the headlights.. correct?

Sorry for the longwinded post, if anyone can offer an advice I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Merlin
