no, no prelude si is vtec, you have a 2.3L 160hp engine. That is unless you had an engine swap done before you had the car, in which case it might. Pop the hood and look at your engine, it'll say vtec. You'd also feel the extra pull when the vtec kicked in.

I believe the numbers I have seen are 15.9. But it all depends on driving skill.
