'03 325xi help

After bottoming out on a back road earlier in the week, my '03 325xi has significant scratches on the bottom of the front bumper and the clip on the right side seems to be broken, causing it to sit down and out a fraction of an inch. I figure just touch up the scratches with some BMW OEM touch-up paint, however I'm not sure what to do to fix the bumper and have it hold its original place. If anyone has some suggestions, other than: take it back to the dealership and spend $XXX.XX, it would be much appreciated.
