95 GLS with power window problem

The windows on my 1995 VW Jetta just stopped working on Sunday. I can't find a fuse for it nor do i understand why the windows still go down if i insert the key in the door and hold it while unlock them. Please help me. THANKS

Check fuse #14 (10A) first.

Well, fuse #21 does the door locks. I hope it's only a fuse also.

What else could it be besides the fuse? Do you know which one works with the trunk release?

What exactly is not working with the door locks?

The door locks do not go up and down when the alarm is activated.

Do you ever hear the vacuum pump running? It's on the left side of the trunk compartment. Also, check fuse #16.

NO I never hear the vacuum pump but what number fuse goes into #16?
