lights stay on

hi all, I have an 318sei and i am having a nightmare with the brake lights. Not every time but most times when i start the engine all 3 of the brake lights stay illuminated on the dashboard. The garage can not find any errors and do not know what it is. I have replaced the brakes all around and the sensors.

Anyone have any ideas??
